Therapy at Cascade

You deserve good mental health and great relationships.

At Cascade, we work with individuals, couples, parents, and families a little bit differently.

We believe that connection is at the center of all healing.

We believe that people are shaped by the systems around them  - their families, their communities, their cultures, their identities, and the structures and institutions present in their world, and that this impacts all of us in different ways.

We believe you are a whole person, and every part of your life, and every relationship, influences every part of you.

These beliefs are central to the way we work with you.

When we work with you as an individual, we consider how relationships and work life and connection to community contribute to your mental health - or interfere with it - and work to strengthen your confidence to navigate those systems.

When we work with you and a partner as a couple, we explore how your individual experiences, histories, and cultures influence your relational patterns. What makes it harder? What makes things easier?

When we work with you as a family, we prioritize supporting the entire family system, knowing each person is doing the best they can with what they have in the moment to maintain connection. Parents are the captains of the family ship; the glue that holds it all together. We help you feel the confidence that you long for and the connection you crave.
